Shipping Information

Order Processing

We saddle up and process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two ways to get your Western wear:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – arrives in 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Free Shipping: On orders over $50 via EMS – arrives in 15-25 business days after shipping

Note: We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary by destination.

Our Saddle-Tough Returns Policy

Return Basics

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached
  • Refund Method: Original payment method
  • Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return

The Wranginch Returns Trail

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your items:

Step 1: Initiate Your Return or Exchange

Email us at [email protected] within 15 days with:

  • Your order number
  • Which items you’re returning
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you want a refund or exchange

Step 2: Package Your Items

After approval, pack items securely in original packaging with all tags attached. We recommend using trackable shipping.

Step 3: Ship It Back

Note: Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless we made an error.

Step 4: We Process Your Request

We’ll inspect your return (within 3-5 business days) then process your refund or exchange. You’ll get an email confirmation when complete.

Refund Details

Refunds go to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we process your return. Original shipping fees aren’t refundable unless we made a mistake.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We’ll exchange any item in new condition. If the new item costs more, you’ll pay the difference. If less, we’ll refund the difference.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Men’s Belts & Buckles that have been worn or removed from original packaging
  • All custom or personalized items (including engraved belt buckles) – these are final sale unless defective

Damaged or Defective Items

If your Western wear arrives damaged, email us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll send a replacement faster than a jackrabbit or issue a full refund including shipping costs.
