At Wranginch Shop, we stand behind our Western wear like a cowboy stands by his trusty steed. If your gear isn’t fitting right or meeting your expectations, we’ll make it right faster than you can say “yeehaw!” Below you’ll find all the details about our returns and exchanges process.

- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached

The Wranginch Returns Trail
Step 1: Initiate Your Return or Exchange
Send us a message at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Which items you’d like to return/exchange
- Reason for return/exchange
- Whether you want a refund or exchange

Once we approve your request, we’ll send return instructions. Pack your items securely in the original packaging if possible, including all tags and accessories. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Step 3: Ship It Back
Send your return package to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Step 4: We Process Your Request
Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 3-5 business days), we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange. You’ll receive an email confirmation when complete.
Refund Details
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we process your return. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
Exchanges
Want a different size or color? We’ll happily exchange your item as long as it’s in new condition. If the new item costs more, you’ll pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
Items That Can’t Be Returned
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Men’s Belts & Buckles that have been worn or removed from original packaging.
All custom or personalized items (including engraved belt buckles) are final sale unless defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your Western wear arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement pronto or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
