Product Questions
How do I choose the right boot size?
Western boots fit differently than regular shoes! We recommend ordering a half size down from your usual sneaker size. Check our detailed sizing chart under each product, and remember – good boots should feel snug but not painful.
Are your hats shaped when they arrive?
Our cowboy hats come open-crowned so you can shape them to your personal style, just like the old-timers did. We include shaping instructions with every hat purchase.
Do your jeans shrink after washing?
Our premium denim is pre-shrunk, but all quality jeans will conform to your body over time. For the perfect fit, order your true size and let them mold to you naturally.
Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We take all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) and PayPal. No gold nuggets or cattle trades… unless you’ve got a particularly handsome longhorn!
Is my payment information secure?
Safer than a bank vault in Tombstone! We use SSL encryption and never store your full payment details on our systems.
Can I change my order after placing it?

Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We deliver worldwide except certain Asian and remote regions where even our postal horses won’t roam. If you’re unsure about your location, just ask!
What are my shipping options?
Choose your trail:
– Standard Trail Ride ($12.95 via DHL/FedEx): 10-15 days after shipping
– Free Cattle Drive (Free via EMS on orders over $50): 15-25 days after shipping
How long until my order ships?
We process orders within 1-2 business days – faster than you can say “yeehaw!” You’ll get tracking information as soon as your gear hits the trail.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
If your gear doesn’t fit right (though we reckon it will), you’ve got 15 days after delivery to send it back. Items must be unworn with all tags attached – no trail dust or rodeo scars!
How do I start a return?
Just send a smoke signal… or email [email protected] with your order number. We’ll provide return instructions faster than a quick-draw.
Who pays for return shipping?
For returns due to our mistake, we’ll cover the ride back. Otherwise, you’ll need to pay the return postage. We recommend using a trackable service – wouldn’t want your gear getting lost on the trail!
